On the day of my graduation, I would like to thank my ex-girlfriend. Without you, I would not be where I am right now, or have had any of the formative experiences I’ve had that made me grow and come closer to realizing my full potential. Even though our relationship ended, I’m incredibly thankful for the 5 years that you gave me, the love we shared, and the dreams you inspired in me. You’re no longer a part of my life, and I’m certain we will probably never speak to each other again, but I know you look at my tumblr, and I wanted you to see this, especially since I left you out of my high school graduation speech when you truly deserved to be in it. You deserve this one too. Thanks for everything; you have left your mark on me forever, and I’m grateful that I had you to help shape me for five amazing years. I reread all your letters and went through all the pictures and other “memorabilia” a night or two ago and you still turned tears to smiles, yes, “after all this time…always.” I wish you all the happiness in the world- wherever you go, whatever you do, and with whomever you choose. I mean that. Farewell, you amazing person, you. Cheers, Snowflake.
Heartfeltly,
Blanky
